We’re here when you need us.
Making a claim is rarely a good day. Tell us what happened and we will register the
claim, tell you exactly what to send, and stay on the line with your insurer until it is decided.

Report the claim
You
Call, message or use the form as soon as you can. For a hospital admission, inform the insurer
within the time your policy allows.
We
Register the claim, give you a reference number and explain what happens next.
Verify your documents
You
Gather the documents on the checklist. Photos are fine to start with.
We
Check every document against the insurer’s requirements so nothing is sent back later.
Submit to the insurer
You
Sign the claim form. We tell you exactly where.
We
File the complete claim with the insurer or its claims administrator and confirm it was received.
Insurer review
You
Answer any query quickly. Delays here are the most common reason a claim slows down.
We
Chase the insurer, pass on queries in plain words and update you every time the status changes.
Decision and payment
You
Go through the decision with your adviser. If it is not what you expected, ask us what to do
next.
We
Confirm payment, or explain any part-settlement or rejection and the options you still have.

Claim challenges and solutions
Most problems have a way through. Here is what you can do, and what we do.
Missing
documents Something on the list is lost, damaged or not yet
issued.
What you can do
Tell us which item is missing. Some have accepted substitutes.
Ask the hospital, registrar or insurer for certified duplicates.
Keep the date you asked, as proof the delay is not yours.
What we do
Check the insurer’s list for alternatives.
Draft request letters for you to send.
Ask the insurer in writing for extra time, and submit what is complete.
Delayed
claims The insurer has gone quiet or the claim has been pending for
long.
What you can do
Keep your reference number and submission date ready.
Answer any insurer query within a day or two.
Call us rather than waiting. We would rather chase early.
What we do
Ask the insurer for the exact status and a written reason for the delay.
Escalate to the insurer’s grievance officer if there is no reply.
Tell you what we hear, even when it is no news.
Rejected
claims The insurer has said no, in full or in part.
What you can do
Ask for the rejection letter with the reason in writing.
Keep every document and message about the claim.
Share the letter with us before you reply to the insurer.
What we do
Read the reason against your policy wording.
Prepare a written representation to the insurer.
If it is not resolved, guide you to the grievance officer and the Insurance
Ombudsman.
No broker can promise an outcome. We make sure your case is heard
properly.
Personalised claim support
You should not have to explain your situation twice. Tell us what the claim is about and we will
introduce you to the right person.
